Customers come to us because they have a problem. Customer service to us means, solving that problem!
Even certified dog trainers and dog behaviorists can disagree on dog training methodologies. But any animal behaviorist will tell you that dog training is one part knowledge, one part experience and one part heart. Having a lot of one is not a substitute for not having them all!

The Dog Lady doesn't just train dogs: Her mission as a professional dog trainer is to build relationships and solve problems. The Dog Lady builds relationships first with dog owners and then between owners and their dogs. Ultimately, this is what solves problems. As a dog behavior consultant, she is always striving to find new and imaginative ways to bring pets and people together to their mutual benefit while offering dog training business opportunities to new dog trainers.
Through dog obedience training, she works to solve your dog behavior problems and provide your dog with the dog obedience skills he needs to be a happy member of your household. Through leadership training, she works to make you a loving pack leader.
